The SAMUEL bespoke jewelry consultation experience combines a guided tour of our interactive online product showcase-catalog with an educational session hosted by a GIA graduate gemologist and jewelry design expert. The consultation is a no-pressure opportunity to explore your tastes and motivations, while learning more about the technical aspects of the jewelry you love, helping you to raise your level of connoisseurship and become a more savvy buyer. During your appointment, we will answer your questions and ask you a series of tailored questions designed to narrow your selection to the ideal item of choice in our catalog. As we move through this deductive journey of discovery, we may realize that an item of interest needs to be customized in some way; perhaps you prefer a ruby as the center stone as opposed to the blue sapphire in the stock version…or you’d like to upgrade the diamonds in the setting to VS clarity instead of SI, as examples. Even more, with our custom design service we can take an original concept idea from mind, to paper, to production. With SAMUEL, anything imaginable is truly possible.
At your session with our Graduate Gemologist /Design Specialist, we will do most or all of the following:
